Varsity Mulching is hiring hardworking and dependable individuals to join our full-time landscaping crews for the Spring 2025 season -- March 2025 through June 2025. As a landscaping laborer, you will work under the guidance of a crew lead, assisting in tasks such as mulching, weeding, and other yard preparation services. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, being part of a team, and contributing to high-quality results in outdoor environments.

Responsibilities
- Assist in mulching, weeding, edging, and other yard preparation tasks as directed by the crew lead.
- Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project.
- Follow the crew lead’s instructions to complete tasks to high-quality standards and within timelines.
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn landscaping techniques—no prior experience required.
- Ability to work well in a team and take direction from the crew lead.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.
