About the Role: Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse

As an RN/LPN, you'll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Halcyon House in Washington.

As a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health conditions, including vital signs, and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and monitoring for side effects.
• Provide direct nursing care, such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and optimize resident care, including communicating with physicians and families.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other healthcare staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for residents.
• Offer emotional support and education to residents and their families, promoting overall well-being and understanding of care plans.

Open Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: Friday-Sunday 8/hr &12/hr Shifts (6:00am-6:00pm)

Weekend Package Information:

• Scheduled to work 32 hours or more between Friday at 6:00am and Monday at 6:00am.
• Required to work five (5) out of six (6) weekends.
• Shift differentials will be paid in addition to the weekend package differential.
• May pick up additional shifts during the rest of the week.
• Weekend package team members will be eligible for the same benefits as all other team members.

Qualifications:

• State of Iowa RN or LPN License

• The pay range for the LPN position is $27.39 - 34.51 / hour. Plus 15% above individual base wage. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.
• The pay range for the RN position is $32.53-$40.99 / hour. Plus 15% above individual base wage. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.

• We are currently offering a sign on bonus of $5,000 for Full-Time and $2,500 for Part-Time.
