Insurance Customer Service Representative

What You'll Do:

• Answer client calls with a smile and assist with their insurance needs
• Process policy changes, assist with claims, and take payments
• Provide insurance quotes and conduct policy reviews
• Ask each customer for referrals (because great service is worth sharing!)
• Work closely with our team to create a positive and productive office

What We're Looking For:

This position requires:

• Two (2) years of clerical experience.
• Intermediate computer skills, MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attain Washington State Property & Casualty License within 60 days of employment.
• A positive, motivated, and determined go-getter
• An upbeat personality who loves solving problems
• Someone who can think independently and stay organized
• Possess strong written, verbal and listening communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or call centers is a plus - but we're happy to train the right person.
