What is expected of YOU:
You will play a pivotal role in daily operations by actively participating in and overseeing prep and service across all outlets, ensuring every dish meets our standards of quality and consistency through rigorous line checks. Your responsibilities will extend to ensuring banquets meet the Chef's exacting standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization at your workstation, and upholding our company's high standards of quality and hygiene. Compliance with health and safety regulations and active participation in daily sanitation inspections will be essential. You'll also be expected to collaborate closely with front-of-house staff, educating them on daily specials, and embracing a team-focused mindset where continuous learning of new techniques, recipes, and dishes is encouraged and valued
Experience YOU will need:

Comprehensive understanding of ingredients, preparation methods, and menu items.

Adherence to food safety regulations and cleanliness protocols.

Mastery of various cooking methods and proper use of kitchen equipment.

Skilled in safe and efficient knife techniques for food preparation.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long hours while cooking, often on hard surfaces like kitchen floors.
- Capability to lift and carry heavy items such as pots, pans, and food containers, often weighing up to +50 lbs.
- Skill in using kitchen tools and equipment, including knives, utensils, and appliances, with precision and speed.
- Flexibility to reach for ingredients and equipment on high shelves or in low cabinets, as well as bending and stooping as needed.
- Ability to move quickly around the kitchen to manage multiple tasks and respond to orders efficiently.
- Tolerance for working in hot environments, including near ovens, stoves, and other cooking equipment that generate high temperatures.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.
