Caring Hands Home Health Inc. is hiring In-Home Care Aides (PCA, CNA, or IHA) to provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in their homes. We serve clients within a 90-mile radius of our Greensboro office, offering flexible work opportunities across many areas.
Greensboro, Reidsville, Burlington, Summerfield, and Lexington (Spanish-speaking caregiver needed in Lexington) – as well as surrounding communities.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, transfers, etc.)
- Provide companionship, medication reminders, and engage in mental/physical activities
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Follow individualized care plans and agency policies
- Report changes in client condition to the supervisor
- Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, or facility)
- Must have hands-on experience with a home care agency or facility
- Must be able to successfully complete a skills check
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow care instructions
