Job Summary
This position is responsible for tracking inventory, ensure trucks are stocked and technicians have the parts and equipment they need and researching equipment and parts to purchase them in the most cost effective manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Helping assure that the company generates the budgeted gross margin by purchasing equipment and parts at the lowest prices.
- Arranging for efficient deliveries of parts and equipment to installers and technicians.
- Replenishing truck stock using the TBR System. Do not have technicians or installers make unnecessary trips for stocking, but instead, plan it around their dispatch schedule.
- Working with supply house on inventory to make sure that the shop has all standard stock installation and service parts.
- Processing all warranty parts and warranty labor credits quickly. Following through to make sure that the company receives the credit quickly.
- Keeping warehouse area neat and clean.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
