About the Role:
We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator that can assist with tasks such as inventory management, shipping and receiving, unpackaging and staging of assets and scheduled auditing. This role requires independent decision making, working well within a team, great communication skills and being able to successfully prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for inventory management
- Responsible for scheduling incoming and outgoing shipments of assets and hardware components
- Address urgent requests that require an immediate change of priority
- Maintaining consistent communications with vendors in regards to shipping and receiving.
- Communicating internally to TechOps about shipping and receiving statuses
- Creating all appropriate documentation for both domestic and international shipments .
- Provides BOL's and other needed documents for shipping vendors
- Ensure all shipments meet required security inspection/receiving procedures.
- Move hardware, assets and consumables from one facility to the other via our company owned sprinter van.
- Performing monthly, quarterly and yearly inventory audits.
- Reporting on audit findings in financial reporting
- Prompt and precise communication internally as well as externally to TechOps
- Representing the supply chain team in both internal and external meetings.
- Forklift operation
- Responsible for conducting training and ensuring compliance with certifications.
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned
What You'll Need:
- 10+ years experience with basic warehouse operations
- 10+ years with inventory management experience
- Experience building and managing relationships with 3PL companies.
- Ability to work in a highly cooperative, collaborative and dynamic team environment.
- Customer-focused mindset, with demonstrated skill in managing expectations and providing proactive status updates.
- Ability to use independent judgment to make sound, justifiable decisions and take action to solve problems.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute in a methodical and disciplined manner.
- Ability to adapt and adjust with urgent changes of priority
- Exceptional Communication Skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lead others by providing clear and concise direction
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work independently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
- Valid driver's license.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to equal pay for equal work in its compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $95,000 - $160,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation+ equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
