Job Description
The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Trainer. Located at the Napleton's Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois corporate office. The Trainer assists the Training Manager by performing various trainings, including new team member customer service training, as well as continued development of existing staff to improve our team's ability to deliver phenomenal customer service experience.

What We Offer:
- Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00 pm schedule
- Competitive compensation up to $24.00-$34.00 per hour, based on experience

Job Responsibilities:
- Help verify all new team members complete required prerequisites, prior to attend training sessions
- Deliver engaging team member training sessions via ZOOM
- Maintain Assistant Trainer event calendar and various reports for team member Training and Registration.
- Keep accurate training records.
- Deliver training is focused on helping advisors understand the importance of service drive best practices to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction ratings/surveys, including utilization of various workplace tools.
- Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Training Manager
Job Requirements:
- 4+ years of retail/restaurant/automotive service experience successfully addressing and resolving customer concerns.
- Trainer/Automotive/Service Advisor experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to adapt and learn various computer applications; including GOOGLE docs and excel
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, organization, and follow-up skills
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
