Job Description
Position Summary: The CIP (Controlled Insurance Program) Administrator ensures Commercial Lines Construction contractors and subcontractors are properly enrolled in the Injala Client Wrap Portal.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Essential Tasks:
- Provide administrative support to designated clients
- Communicate with subcontractors to request and finalize enrollments in the wrap-up program
- Follow-up with contractors and subcontractors on outstanding items including enrollment information and payroll details.
- Gather and verify monthly payroll reports from contractors to accurately calculate premiums and ensure compliance with the program
- Manage and maintain all necessary documentation related to the program including certificates of insurance, policies and other relevant documents.
- Prepare and submit monthly enrollment reports to insurance carriers and management, as well as financial reports to clients.
- Assist with the processing of claims under the OCIP policy, ensuring proper investigation and remediation.
- Provides assistance with pre-meetings, Wrap Portal software, contractor interfaces, and contractor credit negotiations
- Resolves customer service inquiries that require research and interactions with carriers or agents

Experience and Education:
- 5 years of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance experience required, specific to construction programs (O/CCIP)
Licensing and Credentials:
- Active General Lines or Property & Casualty License required
Systems:
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Injala experience preferred, but knowledge of similar wrap portals is acceptable
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Repeated use of sight to read documents and computer screens
- Repeated use of hearing and speech to communicate on telephone and in person
- Repetitive hand movements, such as keyboarding, writing, 10-key
- Walking, bending, sitting, reaching and stretching in all directions
