About the Role:
GreenLife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a Skilled Nursing and Rehab facility in Clovis, NM. This per-diem opportunity is ideal for a nurse interested in flexible scheduling and contributing to patient care and recovery in a collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as directed by RNs
- Monitor vital signs, patient conditions, and progress
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapists on care plans
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment instructions
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication logs
- Follow safety, infection control, and facility care standards
- Provide emotional support and advocate for patient needs

- Flexible per-diem shifts:
- Day: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Night: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Choose between 1 or 3 days per week

Benefits
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
- Active New Mexico LPN license
- BLS and CPR certification required
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in rehab, acute care, or long-term care preferred
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Empathy and attention to detail are essential
