We are a restoration company located in the Salem/Corvallis area looking for a Construction Project Manager who is a TEAM PLAYER.

Primary duties include:
- Build and manage full project schedules from start to finish
- Coordinate with internal tradesmen and subcontractors for seamless project flow
- Communicate consistently and professionally with clients and team members
- Cultivate strong relationships with insurance adjusters and partners
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality control for every job
- Confirm subcontractor availability and scheduling needs
- Represent our values through reliable, organized, and team-first leadership
Desired Qualities:
- 4-10 years of relevant construction experience.
- A team player and a self motivator

- $70,000k average base salary + commision
- Monthly bonusing based on GP.
