Pay Rate: $22/hr. and up
What you'll be doing
- Active: On the floor about 85% of time
- Traffic: Help expedite register lines
- Monitor: Look for coaching opportunities: RPH, ensure BOB & LISA, courtesy
- Teach: Primary trainer for new and current Cashiers
- Kickoff: Inspire/prep Cashiers at shift start, e.g., high RPH, pan counted, heads up/promotions
- Resolve: Customer issues via win/win approach
- MOD: Open/close & cover storewide for reasonable # times/week
What we want from you
- Experience: 2+ years in TL level leadership role; 1+ year leading retail cash lines
- Process: Role model and leader of exceptional checkout experience
- Energy: High motor "mover-and-shaker"
- Connect: Positively engage Cashiers often
- Tech: Comfortable with POS technology to be first line of defense
- Detail: Help resolve cash issues, e.g., safe/drawer balancing
