Key Responsibilities
- Lead and resolve complex employee relations issues with discretion and consistency
- Coach and guide managers through performance management, documentation, and feedback
- Coordinate and improve processes related to goal-setting, reviews, and talent tracking
- Partner with L&D and Compensation on follow-up actions post-review cycles
- Ensure compliance with employment policies, procedures, and federal/state laws
- Analyze HR data and trends to recommend proactive solutions
- Act as a point of contact for escalated associate issues or process gaps
- Support general HR operations including onboarding, leave coordination, and benefits
What you Offer
- 5–8 years of HR experience, including generalist and employee relations work
- Proven ability to support and advise leaders on people-related decisions
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering consistent follow-through
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, offering solutions, and driving change
- Experience with HRIS systems (UKG preferred) and basic HR reporting
