Position Overview

GreenLife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a collaborative rehabilitation team in Clovis, NM. In this per-diem role, you’ll work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to support patients in regaining mobility and improving their quality of life through evidence-based treatment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists with executing personalized treatment plans
• Supervise and guide patients through exercises and functional activities
• Track progress and communicate updates to supervising PTs
• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation
• Instruct patients and families on home care exercises and safety techniques

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program
• Licensure: Valid New Mexico PTA license and BLS certification
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in outpatient or rehab settings
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with therapeutic modalities, exercise techniques, and EMR systems
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork abilities
