Job Description
Company Overview
- Create and train prospecting process
- Create and train lead qualification process
- Train new housekeepers to ensure success
- Manage day-to-day performance of all housekeeping team members and deliver reviews
- Generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives
- Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with the sales team
- Track sales team metrics and report data to owner on a regular basis
- Coach and develop direct reports
- Implement performance plans
- Embody company culture and maintain high housekeeping employee engagement
- Meet pre-determined revenue goals through the activities of direct reports
- Train and ensure adherence to the cleaning process
- Will assist in the housekeeping as needed
- Inspect that are cleaned making sure up to standards
- Three to five years in a housekeeping representative role
- One year of prior management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management basics
- Strong people skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Hardworking, persistent, and dependable
