Job Summary:
We are seeking a go-getter Bill of Material Coordinator/Approval Liaison to create, maintain, and manage up-to-date Bills of Material (BOM) for Reznor products through their lifecycle. Collaborating between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and inventory teams to ensure product structures are correctly documented and accessible for production and planning purposes.
- Develop and maintain Bills of Material (BOM) in the MRP system; collaborate with project engineers, designers and the product management team to lay out BOM strategies and deployment.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure BOM accuracy during product development and revisions.
- Coordinate changes to BOMs resulting from engineering change orders (ECOs).
- Ensure BOMs reflect current production requirements, including part numbers, quantities, and revisions.
- Coordinate with the national certification process with ETL, UL, CSA; serve as the point of contact through the process of certifying new products and maintaining existing products.
- Work closely with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability and accuracy.
- Audit and validate BOMs to ensure consistency and compliance with Reznor standards.
- Participate in projects to support new product introductions (NPI) by setting up initial BOMs and routing structures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve BOM-related discrepancies or issues.
- Generate reports and documentation related to BOMs for internal stakeholders and leadership, as requested.

Position Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2 - 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment, preferably with BOM coordination experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; able to learn new computer programs quickly
- Proactive and self-motivated with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility; demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, active listening, and the ability to work independently or thrive in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to read drawings and engineering documents, preferably in an HVAC environment
- Experience with SAP and SolidWorks drawing creation preferred
