We are searching for those who are passionate about delivering quality service and leading a team to success. Our growing CPA firm has openings in our offices for a motivated Tax Accountant to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate should possess a proven record of advising clients on business and tax matters, a desire to mentor staff and a passion for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the preparation and review of federal, state and local income tax returns for individuals, businesses and trusts.
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients, identifying opportunities for tax savings and helping them achieve financial success.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, providing guidance on complex tax issues and fostering professional growth.
- Collaborate with partners and other team members to maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
