Position: Customer Service Specialist
Description: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team and help us provide exceptional support to our valued customers. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
