Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing all patient care
- Ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures
- Administer medications and treatments
- Assist with care plans as needed
- Oversee CNAs on the unit.
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service, interpersonal communication and teamwork.

Requirements
Experience:
- 1 year LPN- Preferred
- Long Term Care Experience preferred
License:
- Indiana LPN License (Required)
