Job Summary:
We're hiring dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team in general labor, manufacturing, and warehouse positions. These roles are ideal for candidates who are Reliable, Safety-Conscious, and Ready to work in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials, products, or equipment
- Assist with packaging, assembly, or production line operations
- Perform basic warehouse tasks: picking, packing, labeling, and inventory
- Operate tools or machinery as trained (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads
Requirements:
- Prior experience required for some positions
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to and from job site
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (day, night, weekend)
Preferred (but not required):
- Previous experience in warehouse, construction, or manufacturing
- Forklift certification or willingness to train
- Basic English or bilingual skills (Spanish a plus)
