Job Description
The purpose of the position is to provide client service by phone, email or in person to employees and external contacts. This includes responding to or referring inquiries, maintaining records, providing administrative and clerical support within Human Resources and performing related work as required. The position works within a general outline of work to be performed, and develops work methods and sequences under general supervision.
Requires high school diploma or GED equivalent supplemented by formal training, special courses or self-education that is equivalent to satisfactory completion of one year of college education or specialized advanced training in personnel administration, office administration or a closely related field.
This position requires over two years of experience.
Requires sedentary work that involves walking or standing some of the time and involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force on a recurring basis or routine keyboard operations.
Compensation Minimum: $20.66
