Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Travel LPN – Morning & Night Shifts
Location: Keene, NH
Position Type: Contract | Full-Time | Travel/Local
Guaranteed Hours: 32 to 50 hours per week
Pay Rate:
- Local (within 50 miles): Up to $42/hr
- Travel (50+ miles): $46/hr
Shift:
Morning and Night shifts available (flexible scheduling based on facility needs)
Job Description:
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a reputable nursing facility in Keene, NH. This is a great opportunity for LPNs with experience in rehab, long-term care (LTC), or nursing home settings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with the facility’s policies and procedures
- Monitor patient health and administer basic nursing care
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
- BLS/CPR certification (must-have)
- Preferred: Experience in rehabilitation, long-term care, or nursing homes
- Reliable, punctual, and patient-focused
