About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Owner/Manager to lead product delivery across our professional and managed services portfolios. This individual will bring a consultative mindset, strong cross-functional leadership, and proven experience translating complex requirements into scalable solutions. You will serve as the strategic link between business goals and technical execution, ensuring products deliver measurable outcomes and long-term value.
This is a remote-first role, but you must be based in the U.S., as occasional travel may be required to visit clients, attend industry events, or represent Pulse @Madison Ave at Salesforce ecosystem engagements.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a Product Owner, Product Manager experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience managing teams of developers and collaborating with offshore development teams
- Must have experience working for a Salesforce consulting partner, ISV, or PDO
- Must be based in the U.S., with flexibility to travel for client engagements and events
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce capabilities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Established success managing Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Hands-on experience creating detailed user stories, managing product backlogs, and overseeing release cycles
- Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange solutions and enterprise-level managed package deployments
- Track record of working collaboratively with developers, architects, analysts, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive and technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and lead initiatives in fast-paced consulting environments
- Comfortable leading and triaging client support needs in collaboration with internal teams
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and feature definition for Salesforce-based solutions, aligning enhancements with business goals and client needs
- Lead backlog management, release planning, sprint reviews, and design reviews in coordination with Product, Design, and Analyst teams
- Gather and document requirements, translate them into clear user stories, and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle
- Act as a key liaison between client stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and delivery of impactful features
- Partner on documentation initiatives including release notes, help articles, and knowledge base updates
- Triage and prioritize support requests, bugs, and enhancement tickets through tools like ZenDesk, ensuring efficient resolution
- Coordinate and lead product demos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Track and report product KPIs, adoption metrics, and ROI insights to stakeholders and leadership
- Advocate for user-centered design and continuous improvement, integrating feedback loops into product cycles
- Monitor developments in the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem and identify solutions that drive business outcomes
- Contribute to internal delivery frameworks, tools, and best practices that support scalable consulting engagements
