Job Description
Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Accounting Manager! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays and Fridays remote.
In this role, you will oversee the financial reporting processes for our organization. Your focus will be on managing the general ledger reconciliations, supporting financial and budget forecasting, and preparing financial statements and reports. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate periodic financial reviews. Additionally, you will manage accounting staff, lead cross-staff training, and provide guidance on reporting matters.

A Day in the Life...
- Performs month-end general ledger reconciliations to ensure accurate monthly recognition and reporting of complex accruals and associated expenses.
- Leads the development and release of annual standard cost update.
- Ensures proper level of cross training among the staff to support annual budget and reforecast activities for all non-standard accounts within COGS.
- Ensures compliance with GAAP by reviewing the work of support staff in area and applying GAAP to own work products.
- Leads the analytical process related to all non-standard variances related to COGS for monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.
- Reviews reconciliations for selected groups for accuracy and consistency.
- Provides recommendations for process improvements to the reporting process related to COGS reporting.
- Supervises accounting staff.

Education:
Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)

Annual Salary:
$116,300 - $159,940
The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position's typical hiring range.
