Job Description
About the Role
Josko is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our team of sales Account Managers. In this high-impact leadership role, you will drive strategic growth and cultivate profitable relationships within the Mutli-Family and commercial HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at increasing market share and revenue.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and goal-setting in alignment with organizational objectives.
Team Development & Management
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of high-performing Account Managers and Sales Consultants, setting clear performance goals and providing ongoing coaching.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Relationship Building
- Leverage existing industry connections in the B2B Multi-Family and commercial HVAC space to drive new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Maintain and strengthen strategic relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
Operational Excellence
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer experience.
Business Growth & Expansion
- Identify new markets, service lines, and strategic opportunities for expansion, driving the organization’s long-term sales vision.
- Oversee contract negotiations, large-scale proposals, and account management for high-value clients.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience in the commercial HVAC industry, including leadership roles.
- 2+ years of sales experience in the Multi-Family and Property Management industry
- Deep understanding of HVAC technologies, service offerings, and market dynamics.
Proven Sales Track Record
- Documented success in meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain robust client relationships.
Leadership & Management
- Prior experience of managing and developing sales teams at a regional or national level.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Leading marketing, advertising, social media efforts…including Trade Show Events & procuring customer gifts throughout the year.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
Other Requirements
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support regional sales teams.
- Can multi-task and maintain detailed record keeping of pipeline status (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
