Job Description

Position Title:   Marketing Manager
Position Description:
ACM is seeking a creative, proactive and strategic Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This individual will report directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing of ACM and will be working out of our Norcross, GA office. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns. ACM is a leading manufacturer of chemical admixtures and paver surface treatments for manufactured concrete products.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Ability to analyze consumer insights and market trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets
  • Oversee the creation of all marketing materials including printed, digital and social media
  • Demonstrated use of metric analytics for evaluating effectiveness and ROI of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations and adjustments as needed
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with company employees, vendors, customers and organizational partners
  • Management of the Marketing team  
  • Additional job duties as assigned by the VP of Sales and Marketing
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience; preferably in a B2B and pull-through marketing environment
  • Experience developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns for mid-size organizations
  • Proven ability to manage, inspire and coach a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Requirements:

  • Ability to stand/sit for extended periods of time
