Responsibilities
- Support the Warehouse Finished Goods Manager with daily operational planning and coordination.
- Manage WMS tasks related to finished goods, including but not limited to Good Issue (G/I), Good Receipt (G/R), Stock Transfer Orders (STO), returns, and put-away activities.
- Oversee shuttle scheduling between the factory and external warehouse locations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key shipping and logistics providers.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock tracking of finished goods.
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and audits, ensuring alignment with stock records.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with warehouse staff to support timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Experience operating warehouse MHE (Material Handling Equipment), including forklifts, is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Bilingual in Korean and English is required.
Salary Range: $45,000 – $60,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
Shift: Monday ~ Friday, 8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM (Shift E)
