The Role
Join the Office of the CEO to drive data-first talent acquisition. You'll develop and optimize our talent engine using performance marketing principles, focusing on efficiency, quality, and scalability. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution of analytical and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Optimization & Testing
- Execute A/B testing on job descriptions, outreach strategies, and hiring channels
- Track conversion metrics and benchmark recruitment initiatives effectiveness
- Document successful strategies and create scalable recruitment playbooks
Analytics & Reporting
- Build weekly/monthly hiring dashboards and track KPIs
- Identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities through data analysis
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Market Intelligence
- Maintain target company lists and identify top talent pools
- Conduct compensation analysis and competitor benchmarking
- Research best practices and evaluate new recruitment tools/technologies
Operational Support
- Develop talent marketing materials and employer branding content
- Maintain process documentation and ensure data integrity
- Track candidate progression and flag process bottlenecks
What We're Looking For
Education: Recent Bachelor's or Master's degree from a leading business school
Experience: 0-2 years including analytical, strategic, or marketing-focused internships/projects
Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to handle both strategic and operational tasks
Core Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset with performance marketing understanding
- Exceptional attention to detail and process-oriented approach
- A/B testing and optimization experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
