University Home Care is currently seeking a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Macomb county. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. You will assess patients' physical and mental abilities, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and sensory abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Address patients' functional limitations and goals.
- Provide therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercises and activities.
- Educate patients and their families on techniques to promote independence and improve daily living skills.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Licensure in Occupational Therapy in the state of Michigan.
- Prior experience in a similar setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
