About Storm Guard
Located in Naperville, Illinois, Storm Guard is a premier roofing and construction company specializing in roofing, siding, gutters, soffit, and fascia. We’ve built a strong reputation for excellence in our community, and with our expanding team, we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated individuals to join us as full-time Sales Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify & Assist: Spot homes with storm damage in designated areas affected by significant weather events.
· Free Inspections: Provide homeowners with complimentary roof inspections, including attic access, gutter checks, soffit and fascia assessments, and roof evaluations.
· Insurance Coordination: Help homeowners file insurance claims and collaborate with adjusters during inspections.
· Sales Presentations: Conduct in-home sales presentations for retail customers using cutting-edge software.
· Innovative Tools: Utilize advanced measurement tools and various software applications to deliver top-notch service.

Requirements
1. Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
2. Strong work ethic with a results-driven mindset.
3. Ability to work outdoors, climb ladders, and handle heights comfortably.
4. Resilience in the face of rejection and challenging customers.
5. Availability to work evenings and Saturdays when homeowners are most likely to be home.
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
