Job Description
Tiger Analytics is seeking a Data Science Analyst to join our team in Evansville, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the data and analytics space, with a strong grasp of data analysis, business analysis, and requirement gathering. Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problems and develop actionable analytical models.
- Design and execute quantitative analysis, including statistical modeling and forecasting.
- Prepare clear visualizations and reports to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Support the development of dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance.
- Contribute to a culture of data-driven decision making across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics and business analysis.
- Proficient in tools such as SQL, Python, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in the CPG industry is a strong plus.
