Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide essential nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. This role involves patient assessments, medication administration, and direct support for daily living activities in diverse healthcare settings, ensuring compliance with state regulations and high standards of patient care.

Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Licensure/Certifications:
- Current LPN license in the state of practice.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Experience: Entry-level candidates welcome; prior clinical experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Knowledge of medication administration and wound care.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, empathy, and physical stamina.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect patient health information and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Perform wound care, catheter insertion, and dressing changes.
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to RNs/physicians.
- Assist patients with daily living activities (e.g., bathing, mobility).
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
