Position Title: Manager, People Analytics
Division: Human Resources
Reports To: Director of HR Operations
Location: La Crosse or Green Bay, WI (Hybrid work model available; candidates must reside in WI, IA, or MN)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Manager of People Analytics to lead the development of data strategies that drive our people operations forward. This role will be instrumental in embedding data-driven decision-making across HR and the broader organization. You will partner with key stakeholders to ensure access to high-quality data and actionable insights that support business goals today and into the future.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development: Build and lead a multidisciplinary People Analytics team, including HR professionals, developers, and analysts. Foster team capabilities in data analysis, storytelling, and strategic consulting.
Strategic Decision Support: Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize enterprise-wide workforce challenges. Deliver strategic recommendations and tailored solutions to drive business outcomes.
Data Storytelling & Communication: Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for leaders and employees. Promote data literacy and democratize insights across the organization.
Technology & Tools Management: Leverage advanced analytics tools, AI, and machine learning to enhance capabilities. Ensure seamless integration and real-time exchange of data across systems.
Organizational Problem-Solving: Analyze workforce data to address challenges related to experience, productivity, and engagement. Act as a data consultant, correlating insights with business outcomes to drive innovation.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Champion a data-driven culture and continuous feedback loops. Experiment with new analytics practices to deliver measurable business impact.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of analytics experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Workday strongly preferred.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and develop high-performing teams.
