Job Description

Stanley Beer Hall is looking for team members to join long-term awesome service family. As we re-open our self-tap beer wall and legendary table service we are fortunate to have more guests than our current team can successfully entertain!! Successful candidates will have the personality and attention to detail to create over-the-top guest experiences in our very casual environment. Our staff enjoys an income well above the industry norm due to our self-tap system and service model.

Proficiencies:

Confident and eager to go the extra mile to give our guests a great experience
Able to answer guest questions and offer guidance on how our self-tap beer system and service work
Goes beyond to put the needs of our guests above all and exceeds guest expectations
Team player, supportive of coworkers and willing to learn from others
Self motivated
Responsibilities include checking in and helping guide our guests through the Stanley Beer Hall experience.
Use Point of Sale system/cash register to activate RFID cards and collect payment from guests
Coordinate To-Go and pickup orders placed online
Assist in clearing tables and seating guests when needed
Waitlist Management
Self Motivated
Experience in the restaurant, bar, and hospitality industry preferable
Must be 21+ years of age

" We are a full service restaurant with a self- pour tap system. We offer a fast casual atmosphere, American pub style food and 51 different taps to select from. We are located within the Stanley Marketplace at 2501 Dallas St in Aurora, CO 80010. The marketplace was a factory for ejection seats among other aviation projects before closing down. It now is home to multiple businesses including boutiques, restaurants, a brewery, salons and many more! The marketplace has a large event space known as the Hangar also. This space may hold up to 500 guests and have been known to join us at the beer hall before or after their events have finished."
