Motion Graphic Designer & Filmmaker (with clarity, taste, and drive)

At Johnson Security Bureau, we're looking for a Motion Graphic Designer & Filmmaker who's ready to help shape the visual language of safety, professionalism, and community empowerment. Your work will support internal training, public education, and brand storytelling — all grounded in real-world impact.
What You'll Do:
- Design and animate training videos, explainer graphics, and branded content
- Create clear, effective visual assets for digital and social channels
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and internal teams to ensure consistent visual delivery
- Build templates and workflows to scale production efficiently
- Occasionally support edits for live-action footage or events
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in motion design
- A sharp visual eye and a clean, purposeful aesthetic
- Proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere (CapCut, Photoshop, Figma = bonus)
- A strong portfolio that shows range and intentionality — not just flashy motion, but effective communication
- Experience working with instructional, corporate, or training content (a plus)
- Strong time management and communication skills
- A collaborative spirit, with a builder's mindset
