Job Description
A+ Insulation is a rapidly growing, premier insulation contractor servicing the Kansas City Metro and surrounding areas. We specialize in customer service using a wide selection of insulation products to solve the issues our customers call with. We provide a comfortable, cost-effective home utilizing the most effective insulation materials and installation methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately diagnosing homeowner's problems and offering sensible solutions to their needs
- Selling and scheduling jobs on a regular basis
- Communicating schedules and work scopes with the operations department to ensure smooth job completion
- Effectively managing/logging follow-up calls with customers
- Continuing education; constantly keeping up with new industry practices
- Job Requirements and Preferences
Role Requirements:
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Sales and/or construction experience
- Ability to learn/use custom software

Physical demands:
As a sales representative, you must possess the physical capability to crawl, climb, and perform a duck walk on ceiling joists. This role requires entering existing homes, navigating crawlspaces, climbing ladders to access attics, and maneuvering through confined attic spaces.
