Director of Marketing – College Station, TX
Location: In-Person
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: Starting at $100,000 based on experience level

- Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable – Inspire and oversee a high-performing marketing team while fostering a culture of ownership, creativity, and results
- Develop and Execute Marketing & Branding Strategy – Drive the long-term vision and positioning of the Stylecraft brand across all channels and communities
- Own the Lead Generation Engine – Design and implement campaigns that drive traffic, generate qualified leads, and support community sales goals
- Elevate Our Digital Presence – Oversee and optimize our entire digital footprint, including:
- Company website and SEO
- Search engine visibility and AI-generated results
- Online reputation management (reviews, message boards, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.)
- Third-party listing platforms and home search sites
- All social media channels – both for customer engagement and employee recruitment
- Lead Content Strategy – Oversee creation and distribution of compelling, on-brand content across digital, print, and in-person touchpoints to tell our story and connect with buyers and recruits alike
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
- A strong analytical mindset with proven experience tracking KPIs and optimizing marketing performance
- Creative, strategic thinker with a collaborative spirit and the ability to inspire innovative ideas
- Ability to Care by taking ownership over work produced and going the extra mile.
- Ability to Serve our customers and look at setbacks as opportunities to create a positive impression.
