Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Salesforce Administrator to support our organization in optimizing business processes, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, process-driven professional who excels in both technical administration and business analysis.

You will leverage your deep Salesforce expertise to develop innovative solutions, automate processes through Flow, and provide strategic insights to enhance our business operations. This role is highly collaborative and requires strong cross-functional partnership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration & Development

  • Manage and optimize Salesforce instance, including user administration, security, and customization

  • Design and implement Flow automations to improve business processes

  • Build and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules

  • Ensure data integrity and manage integrations with third-party applications

  • Process Improvement & Analytics

  • Analyze current business processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency

  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics tools for stakeholder insights

  • Lead system enhancement initiatives and manage release cycles

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business operations

  • Training & Support

  • Develop and deliver Salesforce training programs for end users

  • Create documentation for processes, policies, and system modifications

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users

  • Act as a liaison between business units and IT for Salesforce-related matters

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator

  • Salesforce Administrator certification required, Advanced Administrator preferred

  • Experience in multiple clouds preferred (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.)

  • Extensive experience with Flow Builder and process automation tools

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and declarative development

  • Proven experience in process improvement and project management

  • Excellence in stakeholder management and communication

Additional Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs

  • Understanding of data management and governance principles

  • Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques
