Certified Nursing Assistant

National Medical Staffing Solutions is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and report patients’ vital signs and changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Help patients with mobility, including transferring them in and out of beds, wheelchairs, and other equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients to enhance their overall well-being.
• Document care provided and keep accurate records.
• Collaborate effectively with nurses and other healthcare team members to enhance patient care.

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and caring demeanor with a desire to assist patients.
• Able to lift and move patients safely as needed.
