We are looking for a Carpet & Floor Cleaning Technician who will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning carpeted surfaces, VCT, hardwood, tile, and concrete floors. Your role will include tasks like vacuuming, mopping, polishing, stripping, waxing, and utilizing truck-mounted extraction equipment for a thorough clean.
No experience? Not a problem! We offer on-the-job training for individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. You'll also gain hands-on experience with advanced floor cleaning equipment and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate various floor cleaning machines and tools
Stripping, refinishing, and burnishing floors to perfection
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Provide top-notch service and contribute to a cohesive team
Physical Demands:
Constant standing, walking, and occasional kneeling, twisting, and reaching
Lifting up to 75lbs regularly
Ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
