Job Title: HVAC Service Dispatcher / Service Coordinator
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Pay Scale: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour + incentives for leads and achievements of team goals
What you will be doing:
- Scheduling Service calls
- Dispatching technicians to service calls
- Informing customers on technicians arrival times
- Schedule parts replacements & return trips
- Customer service
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in customer service, schedule coordinating, project coordinating or similar experience
- Customer Service
- Strong computer skills
- Experience in reviewing documents for accuracy
- Ability to manage a multiple-line phone system
- Geographical knowledge of service or map reading skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to see what needs to be done, take charge, and do it!
- Prior dispatching, project management, schedule coordinating experience desired
- Experience in HVAC or similar trade desired
