Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic Life Support (BLS)- AHA or ARC
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA I or II)
- Clean driving record with current NC driver's license
Responsibilities:
- To provide nursing assistance, to providers and licensed nursing staff as per protocols. Participates as a member of the Patient Centered Health Home (PCHH) Care Team
