Job Description
Drive product delivery excellence across INDG as a Product Delivery Manager II! In this senior role, you'll design and implement enhanced operational frameworks while mentoring delivery team members. You'll lead complex initiatives across multiple product teams, manage strategic dependencies, and influence senior stakeholders. Building on established practices, you'll drive process improvements, measure impact, and create scalable solutions that balance standardization with team autonomy.
What You Will Do:
Framework & Process Enhancement
Design and implement enhanced delivery frameworks and standardized processes across multiple teams
Drive improvements by analyzing bottlenecks, implementing efficiency solutions, and measuring impact based on team feedback
Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce coordination overhead
Team Leadership & Mentoring
Mentor Product Delivery Managers I's through coaching on stakeholder management and process implementation
Lead complex delivery initiatives including multi-team launches and dependency management
Partner with Agility & Performance to enhance team delivery practices and optimize workflows
Strategic Coordination & Influence
Manage complex dependencies across product teams, including shared services and cross-team deliverables
Build relationships with senior stakeholders to influence strategy and resolve blockers
Drive adoption of delivery best practices by demonstrating value through metrics and facilitating knowledge sharing
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree required; project/program management certifications preferred
6+ years in product delivery or relevant domain with software development lifecycle experience
Experience implementing delivery processes and agile methodologies across teams
Strong analytical thinking with demonstrated ability to drive process improvements through metrics
Excellence in cross-team coordination and stakeholder management
Proven track record mentoring team members and influencing without authority
