Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
As a Technology Partner Manager at Storyblok, you will support the existing partnerships within our ecosystem, as well as aiming for the growth of our technology partners to a strategic level. In this role, you will regularly meet your existing partners as well as look to expand our network, fostering productive relationships with technology partners, and supporting go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, helping to drive the adoption of tools and processes that enable successful partner engagement. This role is ideal for someone early in their career, with a passion for partnerships, technology, and business development.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Ecosystem Integrations Support:
- Collaborate with the technology partner and their product teams to support the growth of our integration portfolio by offering support and resources that can lead to external development of new external integrations.
- Gather and share feedback from customers and internal teams to help refine external integrations.
- Assist in ensuring external integrations align with overall business goals and GTM efforts.
Technology Partner Relationship Management:
- Help nurture relationships with technology partners by maintaining regular communication and assisting with joint initiatives such as online or in person events, marketing collateral etc.
- Provide support for solution partner sales motions through coordination with technology partners.
- Assist in building simple GTM strategies with partners, including co-selling efforts.
Sales and Channel Development:
- Support the presentation of Storyblok’s value proposition to technology partners.
- Assist in tracking partner-driven opportunities and ensuring compliance with the Storyblok partner program.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts and achieve shared goals.
SKILLS NEEDED
Strategic Support:
- Ability to identify key priorities and support integration efforts that align with business needs.
Relationship Building:
- Interest in building and maintaining productive, professional relationships with technology partners.
Sales and Business Development Awareness:
- Familiarity with or interest in sales and business development principles, especially in the SaaS industry.
Technical Acumen:
- Understanding or willingness to learn about account mapping tools and their implementation.
Communication and Presentation Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external audiences.
Collaborative Mindset:
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to achieve shared objectives.
SUCCESS METRICS
- Integration Support: Contributing to well-organized and effective ecosystem integration initiatives.
- Partner Engagement: Helping to develop strong, supportive relationships with technology partners.
- Sales Coordination: Contributing to partner-driven sales targets and strategic objectives.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 2–4 years of experience in partner management, customer success, or sales (preferably in SaaS).
- Exposure to account mapping and planning tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic about learning and developing within the SaaS ecosystem.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
U.S. Base Salary Range: $82,000 - $124,000

We consider many factors when it comes to compensation, such as the scope of the role, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Our base salary ranges are determined by job and job level and are benchmarked to relevant location and industry data. The range displayed represents the target US base compensation range within which we are hiring for this role. For some roles Storyblok also offers a competitive commission structure.
