Role Summary:

The company is looking for a skilled, forward-thinking contributor to design and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Developer will report to the Engineering Manager and will be responsible for building custom components, automations, and integrations that meet evolving business needs. The Salesforce Developer is expected to improve data flows, automate workflows, modernize our platform, and support system health through environment management, deployment processes, and strong documentation practices. This individual will be a key enabler of operational efficiency and technical excellence.

What you will do:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions within Salesforce.
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using Connected Apps, APIs, and secure authentication protocols.
• Own and improve environment strategy, manage change sets, and contribute to deployment automation using version control tools.
• Refactor legacy code, decouple hardcoded elements, and ensure that solutions scale across users, teams, and environments.
• Support and enhance data model integrity, validation logic, and performance tuning.
• Identify technical debt and system limitations, propose solutions, and drive maintainability improvements.
• Contribute to documentation, audit readiness, and architectural decisions related to Salesforce and its role in our broader system ecosystem.
