Bridge Investment Group is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Vice President of Facilities & Services. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining high standards across our communities, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and long-term asset preservation. The ideal candidate is a driven, forward-thinking professional with deep expertise in facilities/maintenance management and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the facilities/maintenance operations across a multi-state regional portfolio
  • Partner closely with Operations leadership to ensure strong financial performance and asset strategy alignment
  • Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance and capital needs
  • Hire, train, and manage facilities/maintenance staff to ensure engagement, development, and performance
  • Implement and support organizational standards related to safety, compliance, environmental risks, and customer service
  • Align maintenance strategy with organizational goals through budgeting, capital planning, and process optimization
  • Drive efficiency through procurement strategy and training initiatives
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain inventories of supplies, tools, and safety equipment
  • Evaluate and implement scalable technologies and systems that enhance operational excellence
  • Attend property due diligence activities for acquisitions and dispositions, as requested
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic and cross-functional initiatives

What you should bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or relevant experience preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in facilities/property maintenance management
  • 10+ years in a supervisory or leadership role, with multi-site team oversight
  • Proven experience managing teams of 10+ employees directly or indirectly
  • Multi-market or multi-state portfolio management experience preferred
  • Deep technical knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural)
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and capital planning expertise
  • Advanced leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization, including executive leadership
  • Proficient in facilities/maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfortable with public speaking and delivering executive-level presentations
  • Able and willing to travel as business needs require

  • 401K: Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
