This position requires local presence at career fairs and occasional onsite meetings.

Job Summary

Summary:

Execute sourcing strategies to build a qualified candidate pool. Proactively search for candidates using innovative methods, including research, social networking, targeted direct calls or outreach, networking at events, and identifying alternative channels to source top talent.

Essential Functions

  • Attract and source passive and active talent using creative and resourceful strategies.
  • Post jobs on al available talent and social media platforms.
  • Participate in job fairs, information sessions, and special recruitment events.
  • Create candidate pools by utilizing resume databases, networks, social media, internal databases, employee referrals, and warm and cold calling.
  • Support the development and execution of projects, including employee resource groups, referrals, and other hiring programs.
  • Support recruiting effectiveness through reporting and data analytics.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required or similar experience can be accepted in lieu of a degree

Experience

  • Recruitment experience in a corporate or agency environment 0-1 year required and Experience in human resources, talent acquisition or marketing 0-1 year required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Good written, verbal communications listening, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to use talent management and other related systems.
    • Ability to be versatile and adapt to change.
    • Customer service driven.
    • Understanding of employment law.
