Salary: $55,517-$69,396 per year. Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee wellness programs including fitness classes, chronic disease prevention, nutrition counseling, and community health initiatives.
- Lead and manage healthy living staff, including recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness using performance metrics, participant feedback, and outcome data; make continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with community partners, healthcare providers, schools, and other organizations to support health outreach and impact.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards, organizational policies, and relevant regulations.
- Manage budgets for healthy living programs, including revenue forecasting, cost control, and fundraising/grant initiatives.
- Advocate for health equity and inclusive wellness initiatives that serve diverse populations.
- Represent the organization at events and serve as a spokesperson for healthy living efforts.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Responsible for the hiring, training, supervising, and coaching of staff and volunteers in assigned areas.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in wellness, fitness, or community health programming.
- Strong knowledge of health behavior change, disease prevention, fitness training, and public health best practices.
- Demonstrated experience managing staff, programs, and budgets.

- Multi-lingual
- Bachelor's degree
