Job Description

Royalty Staffing is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to coordinate scheduling and the onboarding process for candidates and new hires. This is an hybrid position based in Palo Alto.

 

Payrate - 35.00 - 40.00 Per Hour

Location - Palo Alto, CA

Work environment – Hybrid - 3 days onsite  

Assignment length - 6-month with extension


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Support the talent team by providing scheduling and administrative support related to the recruitment process.
  • Support the implementation of recruitment projects and programs.
  • Promote best-in-class candidate experience by providing accurate scheduling while communicating with candidates effectively.
  • Maintain accurate data in the ATS to provide candidate details for the TA team and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with recruiting partners/teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Provide effective feedback on recruiting processes to promote continual improvement and efficiency.

 

 

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION

  • 2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition coordinator or related role
  • Experience with ATS or related scheduling systems
  • Excellent communication skills, project management skills, and technical ability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
  • Proactive team player able to meet and exceed expectations.
