Job Description
Royalty Staffing is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to coordinate scheduling and the onboarding process for candidates and new hires. This is an hybrid position based in Palo Alto.
Payrate - 35.00 - 40.00 Per Hour
Location - Palo Alto, CA
Work environment – Hybrid - 3 days onsite
Assignment length - 6-month with extension
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Support the talent team by providing scheduling and administrative support related to the recruitment process.
- Support the implementation of recruitment projects and programs.
- Promote best-in-class candidate experience by providing accurate scheduling while communicating with candidates effectively.
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS to provide candidate details for the TA team and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with recruiting partners/teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Provide effective feedback on recruiting processes to promote continual improvement and efficiency.
Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION
- 2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition coordinator or related role
- Experience with ATS or related scheduling systems
- Excellent communication skills, project management skills, and technical ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
- Proactive team player able to meet and exceed expectations.
