Job Description:
Position: HVAC Install Assistant
Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour depending on experience
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, with some overtime as needed
What you will be doing:
- Working with a lead installer
- Receiving on the job, hands-on experience
- Learning the ins and outs of residential retrofit/changeout installations
- Installing ducted and ductless equipment
- Installing and insulating ductwork per code
- Building platforms per code
- Complying with ALL SAFETY RULES
- Ability to carry 100lbs overhead with assistance
Qualifications:
- 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Strong mechanical skills
- Desire and commitment to learn and improve
- Experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other trades preferred
- EPA Certification
